Services

Meals 

  • Gourmet Breakfast: Every day from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, enjoy a wide selection of local specialties and everything that delights the gourmet's heart: coffee, tea, orange and grapefruit juice, a variety of bread, honey, ham, cheese, muesli, yogurt, and a daily homemade sweet surprise.
  • Roll Service in the Apartments (for an additional charge) from 6:00 AM – you only pay for the bread, our service is free of charge.


Mobility & Location

  • As our guests, you will be proud owners of the Südtirol Guest Pass for the duration of your stay. With this, you can use all public transportation in South Tyrol free of charge, with a few exceptions. You can find detailed information and any exceptions here.
  • Free parking + Carport  


Relax

  • Winter: Cozy sauna with relaxation loungers (on request and with extra charge)


Summer  

  • Sunbathing area
  • 1 minute to the natural swimming pond
  • Lockable room for bicycles
  • Rental of hiking poles, hiking maps, and backpacks


Winter

  • Cross-country ski trail right outside the door
 

Booking Information & Cancellation Policy

  • Once a reservation has been made, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
  • If the holiday is cancelled, the deposit will only be refunded if the room is rented to new guests under the same conditions
  • If the cancellation is made between 39 and 14 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount
  • If cancellation occurs between 13 and 7 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee is 60% of the total amount
  • If cancellation occurs up to 6 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total amount
 

Additional Holiday Information

  • Our rooms and apartments are available from 2:30 PM on the day of arrival.
  • We kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Day guests in the apartments: Please note that, for insurance reasons, only the booked guests are allowed to stay in the apartments. Any additional persons must be registered in advance.
  • Dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed. We kindly ask for your understanding!
